Privacy
Sample privacy notice for a demo site. This demo stores nothing outside your browser.
A real shop needs its own notice, reviewed under India’s data protection law.
What we collect
When you order: your name, your WhatsApp number, what you ordered, your delivery address if you choose delivery, and your note if you write one. When you ask to be told about something back in stock: your name, your WhatsApp number and the product.
Why
To pack and deliver your order, to send you updates about that order, and to send the one back-in-stock message you asked for. Nothing else: no offers, no newsletters.
Who sees it
The three people at the counter: Selvi, Arun and Jaya. Messages go through WhatsApp, which handles them under its own terms. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Order details for as long as the law asks us to keep sales records. Back-in-stock requests are deleted once the message is sent.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message and we will not message you again, apart from replying to an order you send us.
A copy, or deletion
Message us on WhatsApp to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We reply within seven days.
