A school-supplies counter that grew an art shelf
Our story
Our story
In 2009 Selvi's father opened a small counter near the colleges in Peelamedu: notebooks, pens, geometry boxes and brown cover for the June rush. Students came for exam kits; parents came with the school's list folded in their pocket.
Selvi took over in 2018 and added what she wished she could buy as an art student: proper sketchbooks, watercolours and brushes that don't shed. The shop grew to about 450 products, and so did the WhatsApp messages: "Do you have A4 sketchbook? Price?", one photo at a time.
So every product and every price is now on this site. Pick what you need, send the order on WhatsApp, and collect it from the counter or have Jaya bring it round. If something's out, tell us and we'll message you the day it's back.
